Myrthe de Graaf earned her Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Groningen in 2024, with a keen interest in translational research. After completing her degree, she joined the Experimental Cardiology department as a PhD candidate, working under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Van der Meer, Dr. Bömer, and Dr. Grote Beverborg. Myrthe’s research focuses on translating potential treatment strategies for genetic heart disease into clinical setting.
